Personal Finances
Personal finance can be easy if you really set your mind to saving. I’ve learned that
there’s simple things you can do to save money, for instance when you go to the grocery store,
take one item out of the cart and put it back on the shelf. It’s hard to save money when you
haven’t had the best influence of saving money and all you’re used to is your family showing
you to spend all your money right away.
There are different tips in the article that will help me save money. I am going to put all
my bill dates in my calendar that way I know when my bills are due and what I must pay each
paycheck. I am also going to cook more at home. I waste a lot of money buying fast food
because I purchase more food than I can eat and tell myself I will eat it later, but I know I will
not.I am also going to make a new bank account where I will divide between savings and
checking’s that way, I can have money I need to save in a different account.
I feel the areas I need to grow in saving money is saving my money, not thinking I need
everything, and making sure I save enough money for bills. I have a problem where I have
trouble saving money because when I go out, I think I need everything, and I have to remind
myself that I do not. I also forget to take my money off for bills and have spent the money and
had to pay late fees because of it. I need to learn ways to help me save money.
The program I am studying will give me a better salary than I am currently making. With
being a behavioral support, I will make $40,000 to $80,000 more than I do now. Right now, my
salary every year is about $22,000 so the profession I want to do will pay me a little more. So I
