I value being imaginative, and I wish to apply it individually, interpersonally, societally,
and within my organization, as it is something I can utilize on many platforms. After
understanding the difference between having leadership that deprived me of displaying my
imagination and leaders that gave me the freedom to be imaginative, I appreciated the
contrasting experience. I believe in having the freedom to think and pursue limitless
endeavors.Responsibility is also another basis for my leadership model. I am humbled by having
the experience of being led as well as leading. Responsibility has by far been the most
instrumental behaviors that I value. As I have grown as a leader, I am understanding how it is
highly required in the professional world. My personal model of leadership incorporates being
imaginative and responsible in individual, organizational, and interpersonal applications.

I will always ensure that I have the necessary freedom to exploremy individual
imagination. I believe that every day is a new learning experience to exercise innovation. I think
ofimagination as a key to unlock what is next to come. This is a recent philosophy, and it has
helped me develop as an individual. There are no boundaries to the imagination.In grade school,
I never really found anything to be interesting enough for me to consider a change or new ideas
to enhance what already existed. I developed my creativity by making music. I have explored
sound designing, sample manipulation, and tone balancing amongst many other things while
making music on my laptop. This curiosity about music has driven me to become more
imaginative. New ideas should always persist. My imagination has motivated me to make songs
for children. This personal goal is significant to me because it has allowed me to create
