cater for those persons who are in some way affected or involved with substance substance use
disorders. Consistent with the foundational mission, the organization provides rehabilitation and

substance abuse, enhance mental and physical state, restore relationships and financial stability

center. Further, it campaigns for the changes in the perceptions of the society related to the
addictive behaviors and focuses not on punitive measures but on the need to reformulation of

and social justice in an attempt not only to change the lives of people individually but also

core global values that the social workers have to use to engage with the clientele (Kievišienė,
2022). This makes human dignity and worth very important because every person must be valued
and deserved to be treated in a respectable manner notwithstanding their history or past
experiences. Social justice entails giving equal access to health care, housing and employment or
opportunities for augmenting the quality of one’s life with gout while self-determination ensures
that the client accepts his or her recovery program. Confidentiality is an effective way of gaining
the trust of your clients while cultural competence allows for program implementation that is
suitable for the culture of the community. Examples of these are Motivational Interviewing,
support groups and collaboration with other agencies. Another important aspect is the attitude to
the patients which can be improved by participation of these communities in the educational

to substance use due to stress factors or absence of care (Osborne-Leute et al., 2019).
Employment and relationship breakdown are also affected by stigma and discrimination making
the re-entry process a hard one for the clients. Few means, including finance for the treatment
programs means that long term care will still not be easily accessible. Furthermore, some of them
may be averse to treatment because of denial or withdrawal effects meaning that the therapist has
