Situated 1.2 cm above the midinguinal point and lateral to the stem of INFERIOR EPIGASTRIC
ARTERY.
RELATIONS OF DEEP INGUINAL RING
MEDIALLY : Inferior epigastric artery
ABOVE : Arched fibres of transversus abdominis
FRONT AND LATERALLY : Internal oblique
