Airways assistance or RR <10 or >29 – answer red
lack of radial pulse with HR >120 or BP <90 – answer red
GSC <= 13 – answer red
suspicion on spinal cord injury, loss of sensation or paralysis – answer red
2nd or 3rd degree burns >= 15% - answer red
amputation at or above wrist – answer red
penetrating injury to head neck or torso – answer red
GSW or penetrating injury at or above elbow or knee – answer red
flail chest - answerred
crushed mangled or delved or pulseless extremity – answer red
fracture or two or more long bones - answerred
unstable pelvic fracture - answerred
severe facial injury with potential airway compromise - answerred
electrocution or lightening injury with loc or signs or injury - answerred
blunt abdominal or chest trauma in pt with history of paralysis - answerred
pregnancy >=20 weeks with abdominal pn after blunt trauma - answerred
sustained hr >= 120/min - answerblue
