customers at the other end. This particular form of transaction enables both the parties i.e.
business as well as customers to remain in touch with each other.
c) C2C Commerce- The transactions taking place between customers are known as C2C
transactions. In this setup busin ess firm ie. seller is also customer and the buyer is also
