Immediate reportable event (IRE) and Delayed reportable event (DRE) -
answer(Procedure) There are two categories of reportable events
Immediate reportable event (IRE) - answer(Immediately reportable event) any fire
rescue personnel action or in action that CAUSED HARM to a citizen, patient or fire
rescue personnel
Immediate reportable event (IRE) - answer(Immediately reportable event) Any
equipment failure that CAUSED HARM to a citizen, patient or fire rescue personnel

event that is legal, unethical or immoral or any accusation thereof
