CRITERIA
A - Active airway assistance or respiratory rate <10 or >29 BPM - answerRED
A - Lack of radial pulse with a sustained HR > 120 BPM or BP <90 mmHg - answerRED
A - GCS </= 13 or presence of paralysis, or suspicion of spinal cord injury or loss of
sensation - answerRED
A - 2nd or 3rd degree burns to 10% or more TBSA - answerRED
A - Amputation at or above the wrist or ankle - answerRED
A - Any penetrating injury to the extremity at or above the elbow or knee - answerRED
A - Penetrating injury to the extremity at or above the wrist or ankle - answerRED
A - GSW to the extremity at or above the wrist or ankle - answerRED
A - Chest wall instability or deformity (flail chest) - answerRED
A - Crushed, mangled, degloved, or pulseless extremity - answerRED
A - Fracture of two or more long bones - answerRED
A - Unstable pelvic fracture - answerRED
A - Severe facial injury/fractures with potential airway compromise - answerRED
A - Blunt abdominal or chest trauma in patient with history of paralysis - answerRED
A - Pregnancy >/= 20 weeks with abdominal pain after blunt trauma - answerRED
A - Electrocution or lightning injury with loss of consciousness or visible signs of injury -
