CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS OF

1. Right to Equality (Article 14 & 15)
● No discrimination based on religion, caste, gender, or birth.
2. Right Against Child Labour (Article 24)
● Children below 14 years cannot work in factories, mines, or dangerous jobs.
3. Right to Education (Article 21-A)
● Free and compulsory education for children 6–14 years.
4. Right to Protection (Article 39)
● State must protect children from abuse, exploitation, and harmful employment.
5. Right to Nutrition & Health (Article 47)
