Biggest Weakness - answer I have trouble saying, "no". In past experiences this has led
me to burn out or stress too much about certain projects. I would say this happens in all
aspects of my life, the gym, social interactions, school projects. While I do not think this
is a bad weakness, helping others achieve their goals, while being conscious of my
well-being has been a goal of mine recently.
Why Commercial Real Estate - answerI have always had strong interests in pursuing
residential real estate as a side project or secondary income. Then I discovered
commercial real estate, a profession which. I could use my analytic skills and finance
aspirations. Additionally, commercial real estate is less abstract than traditional financial
roles. I like to work with real assets that I can visit and analyze in person.
Why CBRE - answerCBRE is a reputable company that attracts some of the best
professionals. I think that the lessons I would learn at such a successful corporation
would help me grow into the person I want to be. I strive for success and I think that
CBRE is a company that could get me there. Also their commitment to climate change
and increasing education in underprivileged areas intrigues me. I want to work for a
company that cares about the communities which it does business in, and for CBRE,
that is all over.
Where do you see yourself in 5-10 years? - answerI see myself gaining experience in
the workforce but in life as well. This past year I have had the opportunity to grow more
and travel around the world and I want to continue to do that. Learning from different
cultures around the world, and bettering myself professionally is my end-goal.

Why are you interested in this position? - answerI am great with numbers, and I am a
driven analytical thinker. I believe that my strengths would allow me to learn and grow
wihtin this role, not only benefitting myself, but those that I work with, bringing creative
perspectives to the teams which I have the opportunity to interact with.
Tell me about yourself - answerI have always been great with numbers and critical
thinking, hence why I chose Finance as a major! I am a Junior at Pepperdine University,
where I spend my time non-studying hours working a retail job here in Malibu,
participating in my fraternity activities, and attending club meetings that I am involved
with on campus.
