Describe one of your most significant accomplishments ? - answer Being the first
person in my family to attend college. I feel extremely proud to know that a new
generation begins with me. I feel honored knowing where my parents have come from
and everything they have done to put me in this position. I think it also sets an example
in my community that attending college is an option.
How familiar are you with Excel? - answer I passed the Microsoft Excel certification
exam last year. it is a requirement for anyone in the business school. so I would say I
am proficient at it
Why CBRE? - answerI saw this company was ranked 74th best companies to work for
in terms of diversity. its a fast growing company. top 500 fortune companies as well. so I
thought if I were going to try something in real estate it might as well be with a company
that has a reputation like the one you have. also best large employers by Forbes
Why commercial real estate? - answermore flexibility on time, not you're typically 9-5
office job, you get to meet new people and look for new places and go to meetings and
such things, the rewards are bigger financially and because you also get the satisfaction
of helping.
