its another to actually apply that knowledge to real world concepts in real estate. I am
expecting to learn from the many professionals at CBRE as well as form connections
with those in the workplace to help better my career. I will be able to apply my
knowledge from school to actual real estate concepts and I am looking forward to
learning and bettering my education in real estate so that when i do go back to school, I
am ahead of my peers and do well in my future courses ahead.
Solved a difficult problem on your own? - answerWhen working in retail, our company
got a new manager who didn't treat the other employees and me with respect in the
workplace. With the issue at hand, I went about my work, as I found it to be the most
important, and was still respectful even if it was not being reciprocated. From this I

associate, we were given sales target especially around the holidays and were
rewarded if our goal was met or if we exceeded it. When working to beat my sales

store to customers walking by to bring them in. When that first step was successful , I
would then interact with the customers and use sales tactics to get them to purchase
clothing and other products from the store leading me to go ver my sales target for the
month. I found this to be a big accomplishment because I was able to see how many
sales I could do on my own rather than as a team and made me realize my hard work
does contribute to the company.
How do you manage your time when do multiple tasks? - answerI am a very organized
person when it comes to have a busy schedule with many tasks at hand and deadlines
associated with them. I always prioritize my tasks by which is more important and needs
to be done first and then go from there. I also schedule time for interruptions just to be
sure that all my tasks get done in a realistic time period.
A time when you overcame an obstacle - answerWhile working in retail, I had an
encounter with someone trying to steal clothing from our store. We were required to
count the number of items each person had before entering the dressing rooms and
before she went in I caught her grabbing another piece of clothing quickly before going
in that I wasn't able to count in front of her, but since I was paying close attention I was
able to keep track of the total amount. When she came out of the dressing room, their
