INTRODUCTION TO LOGIC CIRCUITS
WHAT IS LOGIC GATE?
Logic Circuit can also be referred to as Logic Gate.
Logic gates are the building blocks of most hardware of computer
system, that is, the digital integrated circuit.
Logic gates can also be defined as digital circuits that have one, two or
more inputs and produce a single output with a logic level determined by
the logic level present at the input.
In most logic gates, the low state is approximately Zero Volts (0v), while the
high state is approximately Five Volts (+5v)
Circuits are collection of transistors, capacitors, resistors etc.
A Logic gate takes one or more logic level inputs (binary form) and
produces a single logic-level output of 1 or 0.
