cornea is cloudy. There is no ocular discharged noted. These findings are most likely consist with: Acute
angle closure glaucoma = severe, aching, deep. Pupils dilated & fixed and cornea appears
steamy/cloudy.

Argyll Robertson = condition appear small and irregular shaped and accommodate but do not react to
light.

A condition that involves optic nerve damage and visual field changes is termed = glaucoma

A man with a hx of long-term use chewing tobacco presents with a mouth lesion that is suspicious for
malignancy. Oral assessment findings described: an ulcerated lesion with indurated margins on the
lateral tongue.

If a pt c/o seeing flashing lights across the field of vision, this could be: detachment of the vitreous from
the retina.

A fine rhythmic oscillation of the eyes is termed = nystagmus

When exam the conjunctiva and sclera, have the pt look upward and then: depress both lower lids with
your thumbs, exposing the sclera and conjunctiva.

Ophthalmoscopic exam of a 30yo w/ hx of eye injury 3 yrs ago, reveals a superficial grayish-white
opacity in the right cornea. Indicative of a = corneal scar.

A 6 yr old child presents with ST, difficulty swallowing, and a temp of 102. Findings reveal
lymphadenopathy and pharyngeal erythema. This is probably: pharyngitis

A 60 yr was concerns about a yellowish colored lesion above her right eyelid. Findings reveals a slightly
raised yellowish, well circumscribed plaque along the nasal area of her right eyelid. This finding is
most consistent with: xanthelasma.

All of the following diseases may be associated with the appearance of a strawberry tongue except:
rubeola.
