, Inleiding
Mijn naam is Dana van Hinsbergen en ik studeer pedagogiek aan de HAN te Nijmegen.
Momenteel zit ik in het derde leerjaar. Op maandag tot en met donderdag loop ik stage bij
PSW (in Venray) bij de ontwikkelingsgroep Sprankel 2. Ik begeleid kinderen met de
kalenderleeftijd van twee tot vijf jaar. Per dag zijn er maximaal acht kinderen op de groep en
drie begeleiders. In principe staat één begeleider op 3,5 kind. Daarbij hebben sommige
kinderen ook één op één uren waardoor het kan zijn dat er een vierde collega op de groep
staat. Het ene kind is er elke dag en het andere kind is er alleen in de ochtend.
De kinderen bij Sprankel 2 hebben verschillende ontwikkelingsachterstanden. Zo hebben
kinderen op de groep een achterstand in taal of motoriek. Enkele kinderen hebben een vorm
van autisme. Ook zijn er een paar kinderen gediagnostiseerd met een syndroom.
In dit verslag vergelijk ik bij 3 competenties de praktijk met de theorie. Vanuit die
vergelijkingen komt een knelpunt naar voren.
