Team Charter
Successful teams begin with guidelines that help to manage their work. For this class you and your teammates will need to create a set of rules called a Team Charter. As a team, complete all the sections listed below to build your Team Charter.
Section I: Team Member Skill Inventory Each team member must complete this section.

Section II: Work Plan
This section should include a plan for communication and written work. (Answer ALL questions)
How will the team members share their work? We will be able to share work via email and discussion threads.
When will all members need to have their part of the project done so that it can be turned in on time? As a group, we will determine individual timelines and what will be do each week. What will you do if members turn in work after the deadline? If there is an opportunity that arises where a team member(s) does not turn in work at the designated time, the team
leader will do her best to reach that student. If this occurs more than once, it may be something that needs to be addressed with the instructor.
How will you manage team members who do not participate? Team members that do not participate can/will be given a warning from the team. If lack of participation still occurs,
we will designate that students tasks to the rest of the group and notify the instructor of their lack of participation.

Section III: Conflict Management
This section should include your plan for conflict management. (Answer ALL questions)
What are potential conflicts that might arise among or between team members during this
