a material; or conduct or supervise emergency planning and preparedness
activities.

A written statement issued by the commissioner approving the operation of a
central station, for which such certificate is required by this code or the rules, or
the construction codes.

A document that prove the person to whom it is issued has passed an

operation of a refrigerating system, for which such certificate is required by this
code or the rules.
