Explain the following concepts with suitable examples.
A) MANAGEMENT
Management is a set of activities directed towards the efficient and efficacious utilization of organizational
resources to achieve organizational goals. An example of management is how a person handles their

full supervisor handles an arduous situation, is the CEO of an organization.
B) LEADERSHIP
Leadership is the faculty and the potential to influence any group of employees towards the achievement of
identified goals. An example of leadership is one or other form of ascendance where the subordinates must
accept the commanding and controlling of another person.
C) GOVERNANCE
Governance refers to the lateral and inter-institutional cognations in administration in the context of the
