Article Review
In the article “Seven Principles for Achieving Transformational Growth” the main point
was how the organization came up with principles on achieving growth for the business. This
growth that they relate to requires the whole enterprise to act in concert. This includes multiple
things, such as market sales, product and service leaders that give the best customer experience,
customer service staff who makes sure the customer is completely satisfied.
The intended audience would be other company’s needing some guidance in
transformational growth for their company. This article breaks down what it takes for growth. In
this article the management talked about the zero-base approach which in turn if done correctly
can increase percentage. It is broken down into components of the business and focuses just on
them so it can be smaller and manageable. Also, smaller increments help employers manage it
and look outside for other ways for possible methods of growth and solutions. Another thing that
they came up with was a focus on constant flow of growth. They looked where it was room to
grow and concentrated on that and they generated a constant flow. The leaders come up with
ideas, goals and plans which are created to set milestones and even fine-tuning initiatives.
My opinion on this article is ocular perceiver opening for as magnification when it comes
to a company. These seven principles that they came up with work if done correctly and in a
timely manner. As management coming up with more strategic methods that will work and grow
