This is a memo document that has the budget and strategy which contains the analysis of the

components of the information security of the Vampire Legends Organization. The

organization has a budget of 10 million dollars that we have to allocate based on our allocation

strategy choice. The breakdown and allocation consists of the percentages as follows:


 The information technology expenses – 30% (which is 3 million dollars)

 Campaign on Marketing, the Ancient Age of Vampires – 25% (which is 2.5 million

dollars)

 The salary increments – 20% (which is 2 million dollars)

 Management of Digital Rights – 25% (which is 2.5 million dollars)


From the budget and funds allocation, it is evident that the strategy is maximizing the funds that

are spent on the information technology expenses. There is also a bigger percentage of funds that

are allocated on the management of digital rights. This is to facilitate the implementation of

improved measures on the security affairs. As a result, it will enhance easy and smooth running
