According to the SBA, the definition of Small
business varies by industry, income and
number of employees.
● To be classified as a small business by the SBA, annual revenues
must be less than $17 million in the construction industry and $22
million in the commerce industry wholesaler.
● According to S&P 500, the Walt Disney Company
through the years it has been possible to obtain higher
income, but in 1983, making the sum of the income of
the line of business that the company had, it was
considered a small company because the income was
less than 22 million dollars. It should be noted that
when carrying out the acquisition of ABC, Walt
Disney's income increased to such a degree that by
then it was already considered an international
company.
