Introduction:

The report is about understanding the ideas and theories of organizational activities and
implementation of the theories to improving organizational performance which impacts on the
performance of individual employee or teams. The report is designed to identify the best
practices of the organizations for employee motivation, about communicating in group
relationship, leadership approaches and conflict management in the organization.

The company chosen for this purpose is Shell Oman Marketing Company SAOG. The
company delivers amenities and retails an extensive variety of Shell motorized, aeronautics and
nautical products, comprising greases, lubricants and fuels. The company also has a system of
over 180 Shell trade service stations purposefully situated all over the country. Shell Oman
Marketing SAOG objectives to be a reliable partner to its stakeholders’ to successfully
continuing the journey. For its employees, the objective of the company is to foster talent in the
employees, increase and help them to achieve their ambitions and reveal they're perspective to
nurture with the journey the company to success. Shell Oman is a dynamic performer in the
arena of Corporate Social responsibility by investing through its different actions that are
focused on the diverse fragment of the society along with the advancement of its employees.
Shell Oman puts special efforts to cultivate its employees to in the Sultanate of Oman.

Theoretical Framework

Motivation is commonly discussed as the causes for behaving or performing in a specific
manner. It contributes to the foundation behind the performance of the employees, requirements,
and wants. Motivation can also be explained as an employee's course to performance or what
reasons an individual to need to recurrence a performance and vice versa. A purpose is what
stimulates the individual to do in a positive manner, or at minimum progress a leaning for
particular comportment. According to Meyer and Maehr, "Motivation is defined as a share of
the general philosophy as some of the psychological concepts. Management of motivation is
consequently a very crucial component of achievement for any organization; with an
intensification inefficiency, a business can accomplish advanced output and efficiency level.
The motivated employees mean a greatly creative workforce, which of all will benefit to attain
organizational objectives. Which should be the mainly focused and defined goal in

, organizational structural and strategic plan. Some of the researchers stated with the pertinent
consequence of motivated employees which includes: Improved Employee Morale, more loyal
employees, more creativity and sharing of ideas and appraisal opportunities, implementing task
in assigned time to increase productivity (Sabir, 2017).

According to the study, the Team can be explained as a collection of individual employees who
effort together to attain the same determinations and objectives to deliver an outstanding output
quality. Teams have the proficiency to authorize the team members to have a better emotional
security level, self-assurance and the talent to strategize and choose with optimistic
consequences. Also, it benefits in generating workplace atmosphere with defined agendas,
innovative strategies and positive values. The reason behind the performance of this concept of
teamwork in the organization has a strong influence on the behaviour of the business and the
employees who work in it. Teamwork was deliberated by many scholars as a significant
professional ability that is essential to realize and identify the visions, objectives, strategies and
purposes of the businesses and to stimulate and increase the acts of the employees. Some
numerous reasons and explanations elucidate and focus the connection between collaboration
and the quality and level of the actions in the organization (Sanyal1 & Hisam, 2018).

The scholars highlighted the Influence of leadership on the productivity of the employees and in
the organizational culture is very vital, in enactment a great part in whether or not the business is
a safe place or how the employees enjoy working. However leaders may be collaborating and
encouraging the structural idea to subordinates, still, they are not accomplished in receiving their
