M1 Evaluate the most important inter-relationships that
exist between aviation organisations.
In this criterion, I will analyse the three most important inter-
relationships, specifically legal, commercial, and mutual inter-
relationships, as well as the reasons for their importance.
Interrelationships occur in aviation where different individual
organisations collaborate to achieve their business goals of gaining
more passengers, providing quality services, and income, and
providing a secure mode of transportation.
1. Legal inter-relationships
Regulations and legally enforceable arrangements form the
foundation of legal partnerships between organisations and persons.
Regulations such as health and safety, insurance, consumer
protection legislation, and contract laws form the foundation of legal
agreements in aviation. A legal agreement is a formal document
that spells out each party's roles and obligations. Since the two
parties have signed the written agreement, it will become legally
binding on them. This ensures that if one of the parties fails to carry
out his or her obligations under the contract, the party who fails to
do so is in breach of contract. An example could be pilot licenses.
Pilot licenses are legal agreements between the pilot and the state
that allow the pilot to legally fly an aircraft safely. If the pilot fails to
meet the necessary requirements, the state has the authority to
revoke the licenses.
Legal inter-relationships want to put the innocent party back in the
position they would have been in if the contract had been executed
properly. Damages are only intended to pay for losses incurred, not
to profit. Damages are the most often found cure. There are two
types of damages. Liquidated damages (damages settled upon
during the negotiation stage) and unliquidated damages (damages
not agreed upon during the negotiation stage) (damages awarded

facilities, and the airline agrees to provide those services, and
business to business, such as airports and airlines for example

teamwork and corporation, as one firm cannot handle everything.
They encourage people to produce money or generate revenue.

both parties' obligations. They help to avoid confrontations and
reduce dangers. They assist businesses in meeting regulatory
standards. They serve as a means of communication. They raise a
company's value and brand awareness.

Many organisations exist in the aviation industry for the benefit of its
members and the overall industry. The following organisations were
