, ABSTRACT
In academic institutions such as Secondary, College & University the current system for effective time
management and productivity is a paper based diary planner. Although through the years technology has
assisted teachers in the teaching, e.g. SIMS. However the same can’t be said for students.
This report discusses details about a project that aims to investigate this issue and produce a mobile
application that uses a set of elements such as PDP and time management to see it actually help increase
productivity compared to existing methods for students.
