IT Service Requirements Explanation of priority (high, medium or low)
CCTV High – CCTV is of a high priority because Cinnamon Agricultural
Services need to keep the shop secure from theft. This is because
they don’t want their products to be taken without getting money for
it. If they didn’t have CCTV installed in their building, they would
have to way to scare off thieves or collect evidence that they were
robbed.
6 Computers High – Computers are a high priority for the organisation because
they need their staff to be able to work within the building.
Computers allow staff to make changes to the system, where
necessary, plus help make money for Cinnamon Agricultural Services
by selling products to customers. If they didn’t have computers, staff
would have to bring in their own devices so they can do their job
efficiently.
