‘young people generally don’t pay enough attention to their health and fitness’
Nowadays, we have a lot of knowledge regarding health and fitness, because of that people tend to
make more healthy choices. But that isn't always the case for everyone. A lot of young people want
to live healthily and play sports, but simply can't. There might not be a gym nearby and they don't
have a car, or they have younger siblings that they need to take care of.
Even though health and fitness may seem to be very similar, they don't always go hand in
hand. When you sport for an unhealthy amount of time, you might give yourself some serious
injuries. Besides, there are more aspects of health than just physical health. Young people often
forget to take good care of their mental health, which is just as important!
Another very important part of a healthy life is food. A healthy diet is essential to leading a
healthy life. Because when you eat too much, you will be heavier, which will make exercise more
difficult. And it's the same for not eating enough, when you don't get enough nutrients, you will get
tired very easily. In conclusion, I don't agree nor disagree with the statement; being healthy looks
different for everyone and not everyone, and there are a lot more things that come to being healthy
then 'just fitness'.
