1. How did the simulated experience of Henry Williams’s case
make you feel?
This case made me feel that I was able to be apart of the whole process for
Henry Williams which a lot time in the hospital you do not get to be part of
the whole process.
2. What nursing actions did you feel were appropriate within this
scenario?
I felt that nursing actions related to education were the most important in
this scenario because you want to make sure that he is able to improve his
condition.

Services needed:
- Activities for Ertha that are safe
- Assists with meals
- Assist with laundry
- Assists with cleaning

- Safe environment for Ertha to be in where henry can relax

continued care of Henry Williams and his wife?
The importance of the home health nurse is to assist Henry with his
medication and assist him with daily things in the home such as meals ,
cleaning, and assisting with Ertha.
