Head, Ears, Eyes, Nose, Throat:
Head: is symmetrical; no twitching of the face noted; eyes and ears are at same level;
cranial nerves I-XII is intact; head is without masses, indentation or skin breakdown;
hair is without any infestation.
Ears: No redness, drainage or pain; tympanic membrane gray and intact; hearing intact
Eyes: sclera are white; no swelling; no erythema; conjunctiva is moist and pink;
