Vertical chain for biotechnology products is a process where pharmaceutical companies
integrate companies with similar functions such as genetic manipulations of organisms to
produce a number of goods such as antibiotics (Bhatia & Goli, 2018). Nucleon's make
decisions involve building a plant to be able to manufacture the CRP- 1 from the start or
contact a manufacturing to produce the CRP-1. The buy decisions included providing
license to a manufacturing firm that would be responsible for production, development
and marketing of CRP-1.
