MIS 605 Topic 6 DQ 1
Explain the difference between an INNER and OUTER join. Discuss why you would select one over the other using a specific example. An inner join looks at what is shared between the two tables. In order to use an inner join, there must be some matching data between the tables that are being compared. It searches tables for matching data. When it has found the data, the inner join combines the tables being used into one new table with all the information the user wanted to find.
