This framework is a powerful patient medical record that is used throughout the whole medical field between clients, physicians, hospitals and insurers. To successfully implement a new EHR system among healthcare professionals and consumers; there are 4 components that must be established to promote health, enhance disease management, provide evidence-based treatment and prevent illness[ CITATION Alv15 l 1033 ].
