I applied for peacocks by completing an online application form
Why did you apply for being a customer assistant?
I applied for being customer assistance because I enjoy making sure that
customers leave happy with the service I provided also that every service
provide to customers are in good quality. This job involves a lot of
communication with the general public also it will enable me to new roles and
responsibilities such as answering customer’s questions and have the
opportunities to work with different type of customers and work with different
type of people. This job will give me an opportunity to increase my confidence,
increase my people skills and improve my communication towards customers

1. Why do you want this job?
Firstly I am excited about joining the customer assistant team because this is an
excellent opportunity for me to show off what I know about peacocks. I want this
job because I enjoy providing customers with great services. I am reliable,
friendly and hard working. The main reason I want to join is because it provides
me with a great opportunity to boost my confidence level in the future.
2. Things You Want to Achieve?
I want to gain experience with working with customers so that in the future it will
help me with my people skills and also it gives opportunity to work with
customers because in the future I want to become a personal trainer it will be
ideal for me to have good people skills.
3. Describe a situation where you worked in a team?
When I was in 15 I was the captain of the athletic team. I was in charge of
looking after my team members, keeping everyone motivated and directing the
team. This is good because if am a certain department need someone to take
charge and manage it I will be an ideal person because I’ve had experience of
being in charge members.
4. What are your weaknesses?
When I'm working on a project, I don't want just to meet deadlines. Rather, I
prefer to complete the project well ahead of schedule because this will give me
time for me to rest for example if I get given a task and I just about meet the
dead line It will not give time to rest because the next task will be given straight
after also it will not give me time to check if I’ve made any mistakes.
5. What are your strengths?
I pride myself on my customer service skills and my ability to resolve what could
be difficult situations, I excel in following instructions and I have my own way of
persuading customer to buy the product.
