,Executive summary
Schiphol Group is a company with multiple locations in the Netherlands. By far the biggest one is
Schiphol. The company has also shares on multiple airports in the world. At the airports people and
cargo are being transported.
This report analyses the Schiphol Group company on several levels. On the first chapter there is
information about the company itself. The second chapter is an intern and extern analyse. In the
third chapter there are three different analyses. In these chapter there will be a lot of information
about the finances of Schiphol Group. The fourth chapter is about the sustainable development goals
of Schiphol Group. After that there is a forecast of Schiphol Group, in this part the finances are
forecasted.
The SWOT-analyse is created after the forecast. In the SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities,
threats) there are all kind of factors described for Schiphol Group. In chapter seven are the
conclusions about all the written chapters, some recommendations are also made. An example of the
conclusions is that Schiphol needs to focus more on the environment. The next target point is that
Schiphol wants to be the most green airport in the world by 2030.
