IAPRA Part Three XXXXXX Chamberlain College of Nursing NR 449: Evidence Based Practice Data Collection Procedures & Measurement Tools/Instruments The met hod that was used to collect data included a physician examining the effects of exercise on depression and/or anxiety. Another method that was used when collecting data was the researchers observing the participants throughout their workout program. A measurement tool that was utilized to measure or assess the outcomes of the study included TCBGT. TCBGT is transdiagnostic cognitive behavioral group therapy, this was measured in the beginning of the program, at the halfway point throughout the program and finally, at the end of the training program. Some additional methods used included the BDI-II (Beck Depression Inventory), BAI (Beck Anxiety Inventory), PSS (perceived Stress Scale), QOLS (Quality of Life Scale), then lastly CORE well-being, function and problems (Ólafsdóttir et al., 2017).
