Like many other students, I failed to understand the reason we should have to complete a
Political Science course. Upon further reading the textbook, I have found some correlation
between the nursing field and politics. In hospice as Case Manager, I report to the clinical
director and the medical director. Together we work together on a daily basis to manage day to
