Running Head: COURSE PROJECT: PART A Introduction and Overview In Statistics, an Exploratory Data Analysis is considered as an approach for data analysis that requires a variety of techniques on how an analysis should be carried out (What Is Exploratory Data Analysis?). It is usually the first step in the data analysis project. In this paper, we shall analyze a given set of variables by using graphical and numerical techniques to summarize the data. A sample of 100 operational activities have taken within the following five variables.: 1. Sales – representing the number of sales made this week. 2. Calls – representing the number of sales calls made this week. 3. Time – representing the average time per call this week. 4. Years – representing years of experience in the call center. 5. Type – representing the type of training the employee received.
