A growing number of Americans have come under coverage due to Affordable care Act that was passed in 2009. United States and UK share close historical and cultural ties but when it comes to the health care system, there are vast differences. It is true that some similarities have observed in the health care system between the two countries. Both U.S and U.K are struggling with increasing health expenditure and both the nations have instituted significant reforms within the boundaries of the system aiming to make the care better. But there is a striking difference between the two.
