, ABSTRACT
Global competition has increased the necessity for firms to reform in
order to remain ahead of the competition in all industries. Every
organizations must dealt with all the complex problem competently and
major challenges with respect to the discernment of the present and future
circumstances. Various organizations are emerging to be more online-
dependent, this includes human resource management activities.
Globalization has both positive and negative aspects. In the Philippines,
globalization has positively effect on the country’s economic growth and
most importantly, the employment. Establishing sustainable development
has been the fundamental concern of the Philippines as a developing nation
and enhancing different approaches is a must. One of these enhanced
approaches is the employment processing system in the country. Online job
employment has been recognized mostly in capital areas on the country
while traditional employment is still well-acknowledge. This study assessed
the effectiveness of online job employment impacted by the globalization to
the Filipino Citizens of Metro Manila. It also looks at the problems
encountered in the use of online job employment, preference in choosing
work employment, and the proposed solution to these problems in order to
escalate the benefits of online job employment. Statistical analysis of
