programme) te hebben?
- Recruits need to know what to do, in order to feel happy and useful, and not to lose interest.
Wat is het verschil tussen de manier waarop kleine en grote bedrijven nieuwkomers verwelkomen?
- Large firms usually have more formal induction programmes. Small firms don’t, but are often
more welcoming!

- Guided tour (introduce to boss and colleagues)
- Welcome party
- Boss invites recruits to lunch in the staff canteen
- Coffee cup with their name on it

past.
