BTEC book (include the relationship between each stakeholder and VW).

 Customers
Customers are one of the important stakeholders, because they buy the products of
Volkswagen AG. Volkswagen doesn’t have only daily customers, but they have also business
customers. All the customers want Volkswagen AG to produce high-quality service and
vehicles for a regular price. Volkswagen AG wants to keep customers by providing products
and services which offer value for the price, quality of product or service. Customers want
safe and ecological products/services. Volkswagen AG shows their customers through
commercials, documentaries, campaigns etc. that they are busy with improvements for the
environment to make the value of the money what the customers give better. That’s the
relationship between them. Volkswagen AG makes vehicles and provide service for their
customers and the customers pay for it.

 Employees
Volkswagen AG has around 610.076 employees in more than 150 countries each containing a
different job. For example, some employees have some expertise in finance, marketing, sales,
vehicle researchers and other aspects of the business. Other employees are functioned in
geologist, economic specialists, site engineers, office managers and business experts. Their
role is to ensure that they extract and deliver these energy resources profitably and in
environmentally and socially responsible ways. They aim to work closely with their
customers, partners and policymakers to advance a more efficient and sustainable use of
energy and natural resources. The main priority of the employees why they are working for
Volkswagen AG is to get money to cover their basic need like food, clothes etc. But it’s also
very good for their working career. Volkswagen AG wants to provide a great and safe work
place for their employees. The employees want to get promotion opportunities. Volkswagen
AG helps their employees with improving themselves with e.g. trainings. The relationship
