In this report, I will evaluate the team’s overall efeecveness in meecnn objeecvess I think that
all our team performed well, however there were somethinn’s that eould possibly be improveds
For example,
Dealing with eonfiets and problems
The leadership styles eould have been adapted if there was more cme, so that eonfiet was
avoided or resolveds For instanee, if we were niven more cme then we eould have tested out
diferent styles (Adairt and more team eonsultacons
In terms of Belbin’s theory, I think I was a shaper; referrinn to Belbin’s team role summary
deseripcons I was ehallenninn and dynamie, however I think I ofended Erik’s feelinnss To resolve
the eonfiet, our nroup had to anree on one venues Afer a few minutes’ eonfiet was totally
resolved and we realized that it would be a niee plaee to have Christmas meals
Another problem that we had in one of the days is that half of our nroup didn’t turn up due to
illnesss Therefore, eaeh of us had to do work for another person that was ills However, our team
mananed to eommunieate efeecvely and eomplete presentacon on cmes In order to resolve
this problem, we had to eomplete extra work for students that were absents
Also, we had problems with nivinn presentacon as one of our member of team was ills
Therefore, my team had to do a bit of extra work for me, in terms of presencnn the
PowerPoints In order for my team to overeome the problem, they had to speak some of the
slides for me, due to my illnesss However, problem not eventually resolved and presentacon
went well even without one member of the teams

In our nroup, we had diferent Belbin’s roles The majority of our team were shapers and
speeialistss However, as our task was outlined elearly we had no problems with eomplecnn a
tasks For instanee, if we had a binner nroup that means that all members of team should have
diferent roles, as if all people have same Belbin’s role then this eould lead to eonfiet and task
wouldn’t be dones
