Employee Training: Training is an essential factor for workers, it is proved in recent studies that
the automotive industry, it needs a high quality of technical and behavioral training is the most
efficient foundation of harmonious and long lasting relationship with customers. This means that
training reflects the need for more highly skill workers. Therefore, if these companies are
required to remain competitive in an increasingly technology intensive global economy, so all
companies in this field work continually increase their investments in employee training. That is
why training employees will improve their performance and productivity. During the training
workshops human capital comprises skills obtained through formal training and on – the- job
training.

There are different methods used for training employees such as formal classroom training and
informal training workshops. Training that is offered on the job is considered as an effective type
of training. Based on recent studies, it is found that workers employed in the trade industry
obtained over 90% of the skills required by their job through on – the – job training. This type of
training requires a successful structure and it is considered as one of the most effective methods
for learning about technology and improved production methods.

The management of employees with the appropriate Human Resource (HR) policies and skills
are necessary to ensure effective employee performance and response to customer needs.
Different levels of workers are trained to consistently monitor the external environment for any
threats and challenges, so they are trained well and educated in a professional way to know how
to grab opportunities that may come in their way. Any potential weaknesses is quickly
neutralized by plentiful strengths available from the workforce. Employees must be rewarded
directly with their performance and creativity behaviors they do. The structures and planned
approach of these companies help them to develop their workers with the core competencies,
knowledge, and awareness needed to compete in an effective way in this automotive industry
market. Human capital is the true source of competitive advantage and company future, that is
why companies must invest in their employees’ competencies, empower them, and support them,
because they are the real assets of the company, and any company that lacks to a qualified and
skillful worker will be out of competition and will cannot survive in this challenging and
competing business environment.
