Introduction
The amendments to the United States Constitution are not mere decorations installed by
our forefathers and their successors to amuse and cause bewilderment among the observers of
such. Those amendments are vital to existence of the United States and every person living
within its borders. Those amendments are the very fabric of our society and the soul of our
republic. If we cast aside our rights, protections, and liberties for the sake of a mere question or
refusing to read someone a piece of paper we will be no better than totalitarian governments
around the world struggling to survive.

At issue number one here is the initial breach into the residence. At the Federal Law
Enforcement Centers across the United States officers a required to have education in legal
aspects of the job. Whether you are training in Cybersecurity, Homeland Security Investigations,
or the Uniformed Secret Service or any other Federal law enforcement agency, you are required
to be re-educated in Constitutional Law, the Fourth Amendment, and the Fifth and Sixth
Amendments. Notice how these classes in the curriculum are separate from one another. These
are separate because of the significance of their importance as it relates to functioning on the job
