For each book that you read, make all these assignments. You can write either in
English or in Dutch, except for the review (assignment G). That has to be in English.
Write in your own words.
Assignment A
List the most important characters in the left column, usually three or four people. In
the right column, write down five characteristics. Give a short (one or two lines)
example that illustrates the characteristic.
Tessa Scott Ongehoorzaam: Ze is niet bereid om
zich aan de regels te houden. Ze heeft
misdaden gepleegd, omdat dat nog op
haar bucketlist stond.
Nieuwsgierig: Ze heeft een bucketlist
gemaakt met 10 dingen die ze nog wil
doen voordat ze doodgaat. Ze is
nieuwsgierig naar de 10 opdrachten op
haar lijst.
Dapper: Ondanks haar ziekte gaat ze
nog door met het leven, dat maakt
haar dapper.
Wantrouwig: Tessa vertrouwde het
niet helemaal om na een feestje nog
mee te gaan met iemand naar diegene
zijn huis.
Onzeker: Tessa heeft een slecht
zelfbeeld en is jaloers op de knapheid
van haar beste vriendin Zoey.
Assignment B
Now list the minor characters/supporting roles below and what role they play/how
they are important to the main character. Basically, what influence do they have on
the main character? Usually, there are three roles they play: 1) They propel the plot
forward 2) they give background information on other characters or other information
that is useful to the main character 3) set the tone for a scene
