Ethics in Stakeholders Engagement
Any business involves a process of buying and selling or providing a service, which mean interaction between customers and stakeholders. This interaction requires to maintain smooth relationships between all parties in the purpose for the business to achieve profits. Therefore, ethics emerge because relationships exist. Ethics are the guidelines that governing the conduct of what is right and what is wrong (Dimmock, 2017). Relationships within organizations go through dynamic environment and every decision have a moral dimension, which require management to make ethical decisions that maintain a good reputation for the business. Therefore, manager required to consider the best moral beliefs when making critical decisions. Ethical dimensions are blurry and ethical issues can happen at any moment, which require ethical decision making to be based on judgment and clarification
