Dottie’s Grocery Project Funding Case Study
An initial public offering (IPO) is a Process of offering unlisted private corporation to sells its new or current securities, it usually sells them to the public in a new stock issuance for the first time (Hays, 2020). When preparing for IPO, a company may need to start to benchmark its competitor position in the market through competitive benchmarking amongst its peer group, it is also required to show its financial performance by demonstrating its strength, transparency, and integrity in business to gain confidence and trust within potential investors (Farwaneh, n.d.).
