The recommended salary will attract candidates that possess a strong background in sales and less of an emphasis in leadership and/or management. • Product Sales Representative 1 – The role of Product Sales Representative 1 requires a Bachelor’s Degree and entry-level Sales Management experience. This role also requires an extensive amount of travel. This role would require an applicant who not only meets but exceeds the basic qualifications, as well as one that has more experience in this given field. The salary of $83,340 would place this role in the 25th percentile.
