TriSodium phosphate Answer - stain remover, degreaser, cleaning chemical
Linseed oil Answer - A drying oil for wood finishes.
Sodium hypochlorite Answer - bleach
Sodium silicate Answer - Used to make concrete more water resistant and
harder.
Sodium carbonate Answer - Also known as washing soda. Can be used as a
water softener. Can also be used to remove stains and grease.
Calcium carbonate Answer - Can be used as a scouring cream (makes things
bright). Will not scratch glass, ceramics, enamel, bronze, iron and steel. This
chemical is used to make linoleum floors.
Terrazzo Answer - A type of flooring made of marble, quartz, granite and glass.
Should only be cleaned with neutral cleaners and sealed only with water based
sealers. Don't use acid or alkaline products on terrazzo.
, Linoleum Answer - Made with lineseed oil, cork dust and wood flour. Do NOT
drench while mopping. Use mild (not strong) detergent to clean.
Pumice Answer - Abrasive (strong & scratchy) cleaner used in polishes and also
in heavy duty hand cleaners.
Paste wax Answer - A finish for wood. It provides no protection against heat or
water. It can be used after polish or polyurethane.
Neatsfoot oil Answer - Is used for leather products. It can also be used as a
lubricant in metalworking as a cutting fluid.
Oxaclic acid Answer - A strong acid normally used for removing rust and to
bleach wood.
