Employer’s liability is defined as the legal duty of the employer to pay compensation to
an employee who has been injured or contracted an illness in the job the employee is doing. This
indicates that employees will be compensated for the employer’s breach of regulations. This
research paper purposes to show that the current employer’s liability does not make provisions
for employees contracting the virus in the workplace but rather acts as a shield to the employers.
