I remember very well this section if the Unit 16 module. I remember that we had to plan a powerpoint about the display we were going to build/create and we had to talk about many key factors. I remember that writing this powerpoint was very confusing for everyone so I know that this powerpoint will be a great guide of what kind of points you should talk about/ include if your going through this unit. My final grade for this assignment was a Distinction.

This is the Unit 16 part B write up- Psychological and Technological techniques. In this assignment the two businesses which I wrote about were Tesco and Topshop, and all my work is backed up by websites/resources which you can find within this document. My grade for this assignment was a Merit/Distinction and the improved Distinction* level of this work can be found on the other document which I'm selling called 'Unit 16 (16.1) Full Submission'.

This is a Distinction level written assignment for unit 16. As mentioned in the title, the biography/resources from which I found all my evidence from can be found on the last page on this document. In this document I wrote about Tesco and Topshop and described how and why these two businesses use the display techniques that they do, and what benefits, as well as issues these display techniques have bought for the business.

I can't quit remember what this Unit was about but I remember being asked to create a powerpoint slide on the topic on 'Motivational Theory'. In this powerpoint I wrote about the following people: Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs, Herzberg 2 Factor theory, Frederick Taylor Scientific theory, McGregor theory X and theory Y and Elton Mayo.I remember that this powerpoint contributed significantly towards my final grade on this Unit.
